Austin went above and beyond to help me look and buy my rental property. I live out of state, but I'm from Cincy and buy rentals. I was in town and just felt like looking at some rentals for sale. I contacted Austin and within 1 hour and was showing me properties. While I did not buy that day, I did go back to where I live and the following few weeks, I had him running around all Cincy showing me places via FaceTime. I bought a place a few weeks later. It was a pleasure working with Eric. His communication during the whole process was great. He went over the plan with us multiple times, from day one to right before the house went on the market, to see if any adjustments needed to be made due to market changes. When it was all said and done we we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours and accepted and were under contract within 48. We were very happy with this home-selling process and would recommend Eric and his team to anyone in the Cincinnati area looking to sell their home, or if you're looking for a new home, I'm sure they will do great at that as well.
