When selling my house, Walt did everything in his power to get it to sell for the best possible price. For example, we had a problem with water getting in the crawl space and Walt went as far as to enter the crawl space himself to find solutions to the issue! It felt like they worked together effortlessly to ensure we received an offer on the home we wanted quickly and that it was accepted. They both came to our inspection and made the closing process a breeze. Their work and investment in us did not end after the sale. They helped us find contractors, an incredible person who cleans our home regularly (better than marriage counseling in my opinion), and invited us to community events as we were new to Cincinnati.
